I used the telephone answering service from Office Answers for six months and the support they provided was great. Having calls answered by the receptionist team definitely helped me grow my business to the point where we are moving into a new office. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Running a computer service business generates alot of support calls which can tie up telephone lines and personnel. Office Answers have bridged this issue and subsequently taken calls that have led to further business that we would otherwise have missed. This service has been very beneficial not only in terms of customer satisfaction but also financially.

After initial hiccups regarding the number I was told to direct my 0845 number to, the service has been excellent. All my callers have commented on the professionalism of the Office Answers staff. The service I have received from Office Answers has been invaluable. As a new start-up business I wasn’t looking forward to setting up the telecomms side, not least because I am not very technology-savvy, but particularly at a time when there were so many other things on my ‘to do’ list. Office Answers simplifed the whole process with easy to understand step-by-step instructions for setting up an email and website, and provided excellent support. The whole process couldn’t have been easier!
